The 2014 Conference is being held at The Great Wolf Lodge in Cincinnati/Mason, OH July 17-20, 2014. There is a block of rooms reserved for the 1p36 Conference at the rate of $129.00 per night before taxes and fees. The room fee also includes access to the water park. You can make a reservation by calling 1-866-954-9653 or going to http://www.greatwolf.com/mason/waterpark Please use group code 14081P36 to get the conference discount rate. Reservations must be made by 6-16-2014. Great Wolf Lodge requires a one night deposit to hold the reservation.  The special conference rate is good for 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference if you are planning on arriving early or staying late. We recommend making your reservations as early as possible as rooms will fill up fast. If when you are making your reservation it says that all rooms are sold out for those dates, please contact Jennifer Schuckman with Greatwolf Lodge at 513-459-8885 ext 740. You can also contact her for other available room types.

There is a glitch on the Great Wolf Lodge website that may initially quote you a slightly higher rate than the $129. If this happens the correct rate should be shown when you select the room. This will more than likely happen only if you book the room for more than 4 people. You may also be charged a $15 per night “resort fee” that will need to be credited back at check out. Our contract with Great Wolf Lodge waives the $15 per night resort fee. We look forward to seeing you all at the conference as it is going to be a great time.
